Established Since 2012...

We provide a 1st class taxi cab & minibus service to Neath, Port Talbot and the Swansea Bay area. We have clean, well maintained vehicles & friendly drivers. Our fleet currently consists of 4 to 8 seater vehicles. Neath Taxis are fully insured & licensed by Neath Port Talbot County Council. All our drivers are police checked & approved.

We have recently installed a new state of the art dispatch system which allows us to monitor our fleet and make sure those all important deadlines are met. We have also launched our new customer apps for android & iPhone which allows you to track your driver, pay contactless, pre-book journeys and much more.

Highly recommend Neath taxis. I needed a taxi for 6am this morning, as I'm traveling to London & had to be in Swansea 6.45am to travel. Andrew who was my taxi driver was bang on time. Helped me with my luggage, very bubbly for such an early start on a Friday morning. I trust this cab firm as I've used them before, and I've never been let down. Passengers

We are committed to doing our bit to guard against the spread of COVID-19 and hope that all passengers will do the same.

ENGLAND:
From 15 June, the UK Government guidance states that passengers should wear a face covering when using taxis or private hire vehicles.

WALES:
From Monday 27 July, the Welsh Goverment legislation states there is a requirement to wear a face covering on public transport in Wales. It also applies to taxis.

Passengers are also advised – in line with UK Government guidance – to avoid contact and maximise social distancing when travelling by sitting in the rear of the vehicle, washing their hands before and after their journey. Passengers are also encouraged to open the window, or ask the Driver to open windows, to increase airflow while travelling.

Anyone showing symptoms associated with COVID-19 are urged to stay at home and not take any journeys. For essential journey advice and guidance, please follow the latest UK Government advice.

Drivers

We've Got You Covered...

We are fully committed to providing guidance to Drivers  to help reduce the risks of spreading the virus. We are in regular contact with Drivers  informing them of the latest guidance issued by health officials to help protect themselves and passengers.

We have made face coverings available to all Drivers as well as trialling innovative in-vehicle protective screens to maximise social distancing and further separate Drivers and passengers.

Drivers are also encouraged to open windows where appropriate, to ensure vehicles remain well ventilated.

To minimise the handling of cash, contactless payment options are available on all bookings made via our mobile app or through our new SMS payment solution, AirPay.
